What kinds of tasks can you help with?
Support is tailored to your business, but common responsibilities include inbox and calendar management, client communication, scheduling, document organization, CRM updates, project coordination, research, workflow documentation, and light creative support. Together, we'll determine where I can make the biggest impact.
What does working together look like?
Every engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your business, workflow, and priorities. From there, I'll onboard into your existing systems, establish a clear process for communication, and begin supporting your day-to-day operations with consistency and care.
Do I need to have systems in place before hiring you?
Not at all. If your business feels disorganized or your processes aren't fully established yet, that's okay. Creating structure and improving workflows is part of the value I bring.
What tools do you work with?
I primarily work with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and common project management tools. If your business already has established systems, I’ll integrate into your workflow and learn any new platform needed to support your team effectively.
How quickly can we get started?
Most clients are onboarded within a few days of signing their agreement. Once I have access to the necessary tools and understand your priorities, I can typically begin supporting your business within the first week.
Do I have to commit long-term?
No. While most clients choose an ongoing monthly retainer for consistent support, every engagement starts with a conversation to determine what best fits your business and current needs.
